The passenger is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following booking and tour terms and conditions.

1. RATES

All rates quoted in US Dollar or Rupiah are subject to change without prior notice due to the fluctuation of foreign exchange.

2. VALIDITY

All information and prices shown are correct at the time of print

3. CANCELLATION

Any cancellation must be in writing or in person to BERJAYA TOUR & TRAVEL, not more than 14 days before departure. The following cancellation charges will apply:

4. TOUR FARE

Tour fare includes airfare, accommodation, airport transfers (if any) and meals (if any), as specified in the tour brochure / itinerary. Tour fare excludes airport taxes, visa fees, travel insurance, laundry, excess baggage charges, beverages, room services, gratuities to drivers and tour leaders / guides and tips to hotel porters, and personal expenses.

5. UNUSED SERVICES

No refund will be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours or any other services included in the tour fare but not utilized by the passenger, either in part or full, or where the passenger amends, cancels or otherwise varies arrangements after commencement of the tour.

6. RIGHTS TO REJECT

Company reserves the rights to cancel or withdraw any itinerary or any bookings made for a client or decline or refuse any passenger as a member of the tour, if it appears that such person is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others on the tour.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Company shall not be liable for any cost, expenses, or damages whatsoever incurred or suffered by the customer that arises from any of the following events:
  • Mechanical breakdown (except where it is due to negligence on the part of the Company or its agents), government actions, weather, acts of God, strikes, compulsory quarantine or other circumstances beyond its control.

  • Failure of the passenger to obtain required documentation (e.g health certificates, visas, passports, etc)

  • Failure of the passenger to follow reasonable instructions including but not limited to check-in and check-out places and times

All terms and conditions mentioned above cannot be altered or waived except in writing by the General Manager or Director of Company.
